TERMS OF USE is a sci-fi/horror mashup, a cyberpunk thriller about the world just around the corner. In this world, Martha wants to save her hacker brother CC from a dangerous obsession with virtual reality. But she discovers that he has learned how to open a door to a realm darker than she could have ever imagined. Can she rescue him before he is lost forever?
The reading will take place on Saturday July 20, 2018, at 8:30 PM at the Pear Theatre, 1110 La Avenida Street, Mountain View, CA 94043. Tickets ($10 per reading, or $25 for all three) can be purchased by visiting www.thepear.org or by calling (650) 254-1148.
Paul Braverman is directing the following exceptionally talented actors:
– DM (Damaris) Divito as MISS V, the corporate avatar of Virtopia.
– Michael (Mikey) Weiland as CC, an explorer in the further regions of experience.
– Gretta Hestenes-Stimson as FANTA, CC’s younger sister and an infamous hacker.
– Nicole Martin as MARTHA, CC’s older sister, who is trying to rescue CC from his obsession with virtual reality.
– Keith Larson as ERIK, CC’s friend and housemate, who dreams of being the next Steve Jobs.
